My experience spans recruiting, talent acquisition, leadership development, and career coaching with organizations including the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, UNC Chapel Hill, SAS, and SciQuest (now JAGGAER), where I helped recruit many of the company's earliest employees before its IPO.

I hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and spent ten years leading Global Career Development at SAS, supporting employees discover new opportunities and navigate career transitions.
