About Me
I've spent more than three decades helping people build meaningful careers.
My career has included recruiting, talent acquisition, leadership development, and career coaching with organizations including the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, UNC Chapel Hill, SAS, and SciQuest (now JAGGAER), where I helped recruit many of the company's earliest employees before its IPO.
For the past ten years at SAS, I led Global Career Development, helping employees navigate career transitions, discover new opportunities, strengthen leadership skills, and prepare for what's next.
Today, I combine that experience with my passion for coaching individuals who are looking for clarity, confidence, and practical guidance.
I've sat on both sides of the interview table. I've reviewed thousands of resumes, interviewed candidates at every career level, partnered with hiring managers, and coached professionals through career transitions.
I understand what employers are looking for- and more importantly, I understand the uncertainty that comes with career change.
My goal isn't simply to help you find your next job.
It's to help you discover work that aligns with who you are and where you want to go.
